When will a product be back in stock?
We are sorry that the product you are interested in is out of stock. We are working hard to restock as soon as possible. Some items we are on Mother Natures schedule. To ensure that you know when items are restocked or even new products dropping, get on our email list.
Wrong Shipping Address

There will be a $6.00 reship for any packages returned due to wrong address. Please understand, shipping costs are already high and we don’t charge shipping, but if it is returned due to a wrong address, we must charge a reship fee. Thank you for understanding.

Why are certain products sold out?
We make everything in small, seasonal batches using what we grow and harvest. If something’s sold out, it’s likely between harvests or in production.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at moc.laciporTskcalB@daetsemoH with photos and a detailed message within 5 business days of receiving your order. We’ll review and do everything we can to make it right.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches—often perishable or custom—we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos and a detailed message. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit depending on inventory availability.
Where’s my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check your tracking number for updates. Keep in mind that shipping delays can happen, especially during busy seasons. If your tracking shows no movement after a few days, get in touch and we’ll look into it for you. If you tracking email isn’t in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can click the link in that email to follow your package through the carrier’s website.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it). Everything is packed with care right from our homestead.
